Service Description

In this free Zoom session, you'll have a safe space to share your story, dreams and desires. You'll share the obstacles in your way, what challenges you'd like to overcome, and what specific patterns you'd like to shed. You'll create a purpose statement you can take with you out of the call. Then, I'll share with you my flagship coaching program: "The Upward Spiral: Creating the Life You Recovered For". We'll explore our dynamics together, and the door will be open for continued work together in this no-pressure call.
